LWP Redbank Ltd purchased the site in 2019 with the ambition of creating a development that would enhance Red Bank as a great place to live and add positively to Manchester’s skyline. LWP Redbank Ltd has appointed leading Manchester based consultants and designers to shape plans for what it hopes will become a highly liveable scheme and a catalyst for positive change in the area.
Two apartment buildings of 18 and 43 storeys featuring 509 apartments, as well as flexible commercial, leisure and retail space, as well as improved walkways and extensive public realm and green space.
There will be up to 509 homes including a range of types from one to three bedrooms to suit everyone, from single occupiers to families. The final mix and affordability will be determined after consultation and discussions with Manchester City Council.
